Thuraya Crew Calling provides a simple, reliable and cost-effective way for people working in remote locations to stay connected, even without owning a Thuraya handset. This is particularly useful for shipping crews, oil rig workers, military personnel and NGO staff, with one Thuraya terminal able to be shared among many people.
Using ‘Call for All’ calling cards offering very reasonable call rates, Crew Calling is available from any Thuraya Marine terminal or mobile handset. It provides an easy way to track calls, and monitor official and private usage, by charging calls to separate card accounts instead of the Thuraya terminal’s account.
Crew calls using ‘Call for All’ cards are charged at reduced rates, allowing you to speak for longer with family and friends. You can also enjoy special significantly reduced call charges during holidays and festivals.
